Lyrics

Nami danam che manzil bood shub jayay ke mann boodem
Ba har Soo ruqs-e-bismil bood shub jayay ki mann boodem.
Paree pekar nigar-e saroo qad-e-laala rukhsaray;
Sarapaa aafet-e dil bood shab jayay ke mann boodam.
Khudaa khud meer-e majlis bood ander laa makaan Khusrow;
Muhammad [S.A.W] shamm-e mehfil bood shab jayay ki mann boodam

 

English Translation.

I am bewildered the (spiritual) station I visited last night
I was surrounded by wounded victims of love, moving here and there in distress.
The beloved was like a fairy, tall like a cypress and face of a flower
Mercilessly wounding the heart of lovers
God himself was emperor of ceremony of thos station
O’ Khusrow! and Prophet S.A.W. was illuminated just like a candle.
