TheSufi.com holds a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable, worldwide right to distribute on website only, all forms of Sufi Music & Arfana Kalam, of any artist recorded by PTV, an unlimited number of times in form of audit or video media for all purposes other than those uses prohibited under Section 2 of Copyright AGREEMENT (“AGREEMENT”). By using content, the end user agrees that it may has capacity to form a contract under Pakistan Electronic Media Act 1970.

Without prejudice to Section 4, the responsibility of PTV can under no circumstances exceed the cost paid by a Licensee for Licensed Material. The terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan [IRP].

Images

Most of the Photos of Holy Sites are taken by TheSufi.com, which have www.thesufi.com inscribed. These can be reproduced by anyone without any need for permission.

Some images such as imagined portraits of Sufis & Saints are in public domain and used occasionally. We do not use images which are subject to copyrights by the illustrator. Images from Unsplash are used with credit to owner.
