Allama’s Iqbal above quotation is from his personal diary ‘Stray Reflections’. The above Farsi verse translates as:

Moses went unconscious by the glance of Divine illumination [at Toor mountain when God revealed Himself at his request]

You [Prophet Muhammad SAW] observe the core of Reality with a smile
